When user opens Word and then goes to "File" then "Send
to" hotmail pop3 account is brought up instead of
Outlook. This is not the desired behavior. Can anyone
tell me how to re-configure Word to use outlook to send
word docs instead of a pop account

Probably need to set it as the default mail application.
