Try this -  with Word closed, go into Internet Explorer, open Tools/Internet
Options, on the Programs tab change your E-mail program to Outlook Express.
Launch Word and see if that changes it.

I have put outlook express in send to folder in documents
and settings and if I right click on an item I can send
to Outlook express vs Outlook.  How do I set up Office XP
when I select file, sendto - outlook express will be an
option vs outlook.
