I just installed Office 2000 onto a new HP Pavillion. I want to be able to
use Word as my email editor in Outlook -- as I have always done. However,
whenever I select this option and then attempt to reply to an email I get the
following: "This form requires Word as your email editor, but word is either
busy or not found. The form will be opened in the Outlook editor instead." I
have tried the repair install feature on the Help menu but it did no good.
Help!
See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=223934 "OL2000: Error Message
'This Form Requires Word as Your E-mail Editor...'" for a possible cause
of the error.

I have never had Word 97 on this computer so that can't be the cause.
However, this link does describe EXACTLY what happens to my system whenever I
try to create email using Word as the editor. Could there be any other
causes? Should I uninstall and reinstall?
