I have made a page that includes two records per page and is trying to merge
an Access Database q1uery into this document.  I am consistently having the
same problem in serve documents that are similar.  When merging to a new
document, I am missing every third record.  Example:  Page 1 will include
records 1&2, page 2 will include records 4&5, page 3 will include records 7&8
and so on.  The “merged fields are set in tables (the problem has happened
without them in tables as well) and at the end of each record I have included
<<next record>>.

Any ideas?

For a document set up like this, you need only one <<Next Record>> field and
the appropriate place for it is before the first Mergefield in the set up
for the second instance on the page.
