Hi,

System is W2K, SP-4 & Microsoft Office 2000.

I open Outlook and then an email to read and a window pops up
and is titled 'Windows Installer' Preparing To Install.  The
next window appears and it says 'Microsoft Word 9.0' and its'
installation fails.

I'm able to read/send emails, in text/HTML but the messages
within my 'Draft' folder give me an error message of:
"Microsoft Word (as the window)" Message interface has
returned an unknown error. If the problem persists restart
Outlook.

I restart Outlook and the problem persists. I've missed
something.  Can anyone shed some light?
