Dear Sir/madam,
I currently have a machine on my network that is running Windows 2000 with
Office 2000 installed. My end-user is complaining that if she tries to send a
Word document via email, Word using MS-Outlook as its mail client, instead
of Outlook Express.
I have ensured that Outlook express is set as the E-mail program in Internet
Options under the Programs tab.Still my problem exists.
I am really in deep trouble.
Kindly give me the solution.
Thanking you in anticipation.

Hi Hasan,
In Outlook Express check in the Options to
see if Outlook Express is listed as the default
email client.
What are the steps your user is using for this
and what are the specific error messages or problems
that appear?
