Extending Word mailto: hyperlinks to allow pre-filled Subject AND Body?

Is there some special undocumented derivative syntax procedure that will let
me add prefilled subject and message body data to a Microsoft Word Mailto:
hyperlink?

I know how to do it with HTML, but the resulting code doesn't work when
edited into a Word Mailto: hyperlink.
