In setting up a new data source for mass mailing , is it possible to set up
a repeating data input in a field in a recipient list. For example, the input
in the field 'company name' would always be 'Future Owner'.  Is it possible
for this to be repeated into every 'new entry' without having to type it in
everytime?

If the data is not variable, why put it in the data source?  Just type it in
the form letter.

Otherwise it depends on what type of data source you are using; Word
document, Excel workbook, relational database, ...

If you want to do that, you would probably be better off creating your data
source outside Word - for example, in Excel it is fairly easy to propagate
the contents of a cell down the entire column. If necessary, you can
generally convert your data source into other formats fairly easily too.
