How do I attach a file to a merged email messages automatically?

I have created an email with the merge field of name in the body.

To every email, I also need to attach a file

How do I do this automatically?

At the moment, I merge to email when my outlook is offline, and then
manually go into each message and add the attachment. There has to be an
easier way!
