Created a merge doc in word 2003 no problems. Same doc must also be used w/
version 2002. Doc consist of 2 pages and data source is excel. In word 2002
the 2nd pg does not display the merge doc. When merge is completed pg 2 is
still not viewable; however in print preview it is and all pages will print.
I need to view page 2 upon the completion of the merging to add additional
info including importing grahics prior to printing. Thanks for any help
Have you executed the merge to a new document? There is no difference
between 2002 and 2003 as far as mail merge is concerned.

I have executed the merge to a new document. I have utilized this same merge
document on word 2000 and word 2003 (where it was created) without a problem.
The one computer that needs to access same has word 2002. All versions,
except 2002, views all pages and can edit and import on all pages. I suspect
somewhere in formating something has been changed. I have looked and looked
without success. Any other thoughts. Thank you.

There could be something different about the printer setup on ther Word 2002
system - have a look at File|Page Setup when the mail merge main document or
output document are displayed and see if you can spot a difference (e.g.
ensure that no double-side options etc. are set.
If you /create/ the document on Word 2002, do you see the same problem - if
not, does the document also work on 2000 and 2003?

I did execute the merge to a new document. This merge doc is used
successfully w/ word 2000 as well as word 2003 which it was created on. The
only one that has a problem is the one in word 2002. I suspect something in
formatting has been changed. I have looked and looked but can't figure it
out.

I finally resolved my problem. I used Alt F9 to display merge codes I could
not view any pages after page 1. Pressing Alt F9 again allowed me to view
all the pages again.
