I have a database in excel that I'm using to merge letters. I'm having
trouble in getting the nine digit zipcode to display.
In excel it displays as 12345-4567 in the field.
In WORD I've used this merge field { Mergefield "INVOFCZIP" }
It returns a 0 when I have a nine digit zip code in the datacell. When I
have a 5 digit it prints properly. I really need the 9 digit, how can I get
it to go that way. Is there a switch for the 9 digit zip or something.
Thanks in advance
Bob
