How to set-up custom labels on pre-printed company labels w/ logo

When creating custom labels, how do I account for(measure) a pre-printed
return address on large mailing labels (i.e. 6 labels to a page). Not quite
an Avery # 5164.

Create a custom label whose dimensions, vertical and horizontal spacing and
margins match your label stock and position the mergefields on the label by
formatting the paragraph that contains the first mergefield with the
necessary amount of space before it so that it is clear by the desired
amount from the pre-printed return address.
