I found the content regarding email merging to be helpful.
One aspect i had hoped to get an answer on was how a single email merged
with a single contact could go to all three email address for the contact.

For instance, i have three email contacts for you 1)hotmail, 2)MSN 2)work.
i have one message "we had a baby!"
i merge the message with your contact and all three address receive an email.

If there is a way to do this, and you are allowed to reply to me, i am at

thanks, and to be clear, the message being sent is via mail merge where many
contacts will receive the message.

The easiest way is to just create a data source that contains, as separate
records, all of the email addresses to which you wish to send the message.

The only other way is to use Visual Basic code that makes use of the Outlook
Object Model.

Hope this helps.
