Hi - I'm creating a mail merge that has numerous contact records for one
organisation. The organisation has a unique ID so I shoudl (i think ) be able
to relate related records to one page and not, as is, print a new record (as
per my data source) on a new page (basically a waste a paper and looks
rubbish...)

I've experiemnted with the Netxt and Next if merge fields but as yet no
good. Any ideas?

Many thanks in advance

Nick

Sounds like you are probably trying to perform a "multiple items per
condition (=key field)" mailmerge which Word does not really have the
ability to do:

See the "Group Multiple items for a single condition" item on fellow MVP
Cindy Meister's website at

http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister/mergfaq1.htm#DBPic

Or take a look at the following Knowledge Base Article

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;211303

or at

Hope this helps.
