Hi,

I'm having problems keeping the merge fields in the same position after I
have merged the document (details on the correct lines e.t.c) - I've tried
putting a chart in the merge document and even tried to find some way of
freezing the lines which contain the merge fields but have had no luck. I
have 400 pre-printed forms that I need to print infomation on to - so the
lines always need to be in the same position - if that helps explain my
situation!

If anyone can help at all, I'd be so grateful, I really don't want to have
to go through and do all of the re-adjusting by hand.....so to speak!

Thanks!

Insert the mergefields inside the cells of a table, without borders, that
has the dimensions of the cells fixed to match the layout of your
pre-printed forms.

Hope this helps.
