Skipping Records on Label Print

I want to create a mail merge that will print one full page of Avery address
labels for each record in an Access database table of schools. I've edited
the merge document so that each individual label contains the address block
(??AddressBlock??), with the last label on the page having the "Next Record"
merge field immediately after the address block (??AddressBlock???Next
Record?). When I preview the labels in the merge wizard, each page appears
exactly as I intend it to appear. However, when I print the merge to a new
document (I don't want to go to the printer until I know it all works
properly), the resulting document contains a page of labels only for every
other record in the table, skipping the intervening records.

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Thanks,
Mark

I fixed the problem myself by removing the "Next Record" field. Apparently
at the end of a page of labels, Word automatically inserts a record change,
which caused the manually-inserted Next Record to jump ahead one record too
far.

You don't need the <<Next Record>> since Word creates one copy of the mail
merge main document (In this case, your page of labels) for each record in
the data source. (If you like, there is an implicit <<Next Record>> field at
the very beginning of the document so you don't need another one at the
end).

That's what I guessed. Thanks for taking the time to respond and confirm
what I figured out.
