MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / August 2006Why do I lose the toolbars when I use fill-in fields?
I have a standard template document with fill-in fieds. I use it to create mailmerge documents, but some of the fields have to be filled in manually - it works fine except that when I create the mailmerge document, the toolbars disappear, and I cant print the document Is the following article relevant (even if you are not using Word 2000) ? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/238392/en-us Also, how are you starting Word?
