I am trying to merge swim team times (mm:ss.00) to a word document. I keep
getting different results no matter how many times I try to format the times.
I have tried text, numbers and custom times (like above).
An example is a freestyle time of 33.33 comes out as 33.3299999999 when its
merged. The field is formatted as text. Same thing when the field is
formatted as numbers with 2 decimel points.

Thanks for your help.

The answer was to revert back to DDE for data exchange. Set the "ask" in the
options menu for data exchange.
