Word directions say go to Tools> Letters & Mailings> then click on "Mail
Merge Wizard" . I do not have this last option on my version of Word. How
do I get the Wizard? I have Office Professional 2003. Thanks

Don't bother with it. Instead, from the View menu, select Toolbars and then
check the Mail Merge item to turn on the Mail Merge toolbar. It has buttons
on it that will allow you to do everything that you need to with mail merge.
