I merged 500 records from an Excel file to a letter.  I go to File, Print,
and select Pages, and enter the pages I want to print.  It either prints the
whole document or doesn't print at all.  I am using Word 2003.  Help!

Each merged record is in a different section, so print the
section number instead of the page number.  For example, if you
want to print merged records 20 to 30, then enter "s20-s30" (no
quotes) in the Pages box in the File->Print dialog.
