Mail Merge won't show recipient info on labels

I am trying to merge from Exel to create labels. When I choose the recipient
info all that shows on the label is <<Next Record>> then when I preview they
are blank.
I am using the mail wizard.

You have missed the step where you propogate the information that you insert
into the first label on the sheet into the other labels.
