MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / August 2006Bold and Centering Title in a mail merge
When I merge letter that has title centered and bolded. The bolded is removed and it centered to the left. How do I get my format to stay while merging. Thanks Lynnjohn For the bolding issue, insert a \* charformat switch inside the closing field delimiter } and then format the M of Mergefield in bold. I am not sure without seeing the mail merge main document what is causing the alignment change, but try inserting a space after the mergefield before the ¶  SignatureHope this helps.
