In fax wizard Office 2003, when I use address book the error message reads "
The wizard could not insert name from the address book. Address Book failure:
"unspecified failure". Check your mail set up. You must have extended MAPI
version 1.0 or higher to use this feature." I recently upgraded Office to
2003, my previous version worked this feature fine.
