When previewing the merge data the numbers from the excel data sourse have
too many digits - ie  $ 15.6789678002.  In the excel source the cell format
is set to 2 places only as either a number or currency.  How do I get the 2
places to stay in tact in the document.  Also it dropps the 0's when they
need to be there such as $1.50 is showing as $1.5.
