When creating labels in Word 2002, Word will only create
the first page of labels. I have tried importing data
from an Access query, from Excel and as a Word Mail Merge
and no matter what only one page of labels is created. It
works perfectly in Office 2000, but now Office 2002. Help!

Well, we solved our own problem. It works if you use the
Merge toolbar and select Merge to new document. The
MailMerge wizard does not work correctly.

Hi Ks,

It does, if you go all the way through to Step 6 and there
instruct it to create a new document or send to the
printer (the same commands, just named differently, that
you found on the toolbar). But you do have to use "Next
Step" until you reach Step 6!

Are you completing/performing the merge (make sure you go through every step
in the Word 2002 Mail Merge Wizard) or are you just getting as far as the
Mail Merge Preview step in the Wizard?
