letters over my head - 06 Sep 2006 01:50 GMT
I have 4 letters to send out in 60 days and it is time sensitive. How do I
create in Microsoft word a way to generate reminder letters automatically. I
have the letters already typed with the name and address as mail merge.

Word doesn't have anything like that built-in. If you have Outlook, you can
set an event or a task to remind you. Barring that, there are any number of
shareware calendar applications available over the internet that can be used
to set reminders.

Use the calendar in Outlook to remind you.  You may be able to program
Outlook to do it when the time comes up, but it would be best to post to one
of the Outlook newsgroups for assistance with that.
