When I follow the mail merge wizard in Word I don't see an
option of delay sending the emails.

Does anyone have any solutions for this problem?

You'd have to set your Email software to not automatically
send emails. Ask about this in a newsgroup for your email
software - Word has no facility to affect how the email
software handles what it sends.
