my mail merge labels are blank

I use a database from access and the labels do not come into the merge
document it is blank

You don't give us very much to go on.  Exactly what have you done?    Step
by step.  What version of the software are you using?

But, you might also consider using the label report wizard in Access.  It
can do labels just as well as mail merge in Word.
