I have a document that I merge and split into new files with macros.  Because
the file has form fields, I am using a spell check macro also.  I want to
email the new file to others in the company.  Is there any way to keep the
spell check macro with the file?

I've read about ways of distributing macros, but in all honesty, I don't see
how that would work with users throughout the company.

Many of our employees only use the most basic of Word documents - which is
why I am using form fields in the first place!

The recommended way would be that in the article "Distributing macros to
other users" at:

Hope this helps.
