Each time I attempt to make a envelope with sender and
return address, when I click on the address book icon I
get a error message that says that logon failed, must be
logged onto Microsoft Exchange.  I don't have microsoft
exchange!  This problem has occurred since first opening
word on my new computer.  How do I resolve this issue so
that I can address envelopes????

Do you have the full version of Outlook on your system?

If so, run that first.

If not, you probably won't be able to use the address book anyway as it
requires a "MAPI-compliant" address book provider (not necessarily Microsoft
Exchange).
