I'm using letter wizzard.  Maybe should be using Label instead
I have an 8.5 x 11 sheet with 3 postcards on each.  I want the 2nd and 3rd
to do next record.  I have tried everything.
Some fields may show up more then once on a card for instance name may be
printed twice on each card.  That maybe the problem the first card is fine
the next card prints the second record name first and then the first record
name second the third card prints the second record name first and then again
the second place on the card

This is what I want
Card 1
record1 name  address name(again)
record2 name  address name(again)
record3 name  address name(again)

This is what I get
Card 1
record1 name  address name(again)
record2 name  address name record1 name
record2 name  address name record2 name

Hopefully someone can help

It doesn't really matter whether you use a formletter of label mail merge
main document, but what you need to have is the following

On Card 1

{ MERGEFIELD name } { MERGEFIELD  address } { MERGEFIELD name }

On Card 2

{ NEXT RECORD }{ MERGEFIELD name } { MERGEFIELD  address } { MERGEFIELD
name }

On Card 3

{ NEXT RECORD }{ MERGEFIELD name } { MERGEFIELD  address } { MERGEFIELD
name }

To see the fields in the above form, use Alt+F9 to toggle on the display of
field codes.  Note that if you enter the fields manually, rather than form
the Insert Merge Field, or Insert Word Field in the case of the NEXT, then
you must use Ctrl+F9 to insert the field delimiters { }

Hope this helps.
