How do you use"directory" in mail merge?

I only get the name of the first person 15 times on the same page - it won't
move to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th names etc.

You enter the fields once and set the document type as directory. It sounds
as though you have set the document type as Letters and have entered the
fields fifteen times. In which case add a NEXT record field to the start of
the last 14 lines! The former is probably simpler.
