I have a list of e-mail addresses in an Excel worksheet. Can I use
MailMerge to
send a e-mail note to the list? I realize I could probably import them
into an Outlook
addressbook or something, but since the list is maintained in Excel
I'm looking for a
way that doesn't require maintaining it two places.

TIA

Ed

You can execute a mailmerge to email.  When you select that destination, a
dialog box will open for the purpose of allowing you to select the field in
the data source that contains the email addresses.
