I wish to do a mail merge using Word XP and Outlook 2003. OL 2003 says it needs Word of the same version to be installed. Is there a workarouond to this? Not for direct mail merge. But in the File menu of Outlook you can EXPORT the Contact data to an Excel or text file, then use that as the data source. It's an extra step, I know... BTW, just out of curiousity, why didn't you upgrade to Word 2003, as well?
