I am trying to make a list of 18 items repeat 4 times on an avery form.

I put in my fields with the next record indicator and I get the list in the
first of the 4 avery labels.  I want the list to repeat on the other 3; can
anyone tell me if this is possible?

Hi btrossman,

You could bookmark each label's mergefield(s) as a set, then use REF fields
for the duplicate/triplicate copies.

Cheers

Thanks for the reply, not sure how to do this, but I will look at it.

I am using the wizard to set up the form - don't know if there is a setting
available elsewhere to make this easier.  In the mean time, I just copied the
information sequentially 3 times in the excel spreadsheet and run the merge
so I get 3 copies! Very Rube Goldberg, but it works!

See my reply to 'patchas' which covers essentially the same ground.
