mail merge labels

Why cannot I not work with and view my entire list of 700 merged labels? I
want to be able to print whatever page I want but I can't even get to any
other page other than the first one. If I can't go to a page, I don't know
which one I want to print.....the old version of WORD, I could do this.
Help, please. Thanks.

Execute the merge to a new document and then scroll down to the page that
you want.
