I have created a catalogue with pictures.  The data source is Excel, which
contains the name of the picture file, along with other data.  I used
includepicture structure to get the pictures.  The merge works just great.
I can see the pictures when I update the fields.  However, I am doing this
for a friend and when I send the catalogue file by email, the pictures no
longer show.  So how do I force Word to save the pictures as part of the
file?  Realize this will make a rather large file.

Use Ctrl+A to select everything in the file and then use Ctrl+Shift+F9 to
unlink the fields (containing the pictures) from their source.  Then save
the file.

Hope this helps.
