I have a Mail merge (labels) word doc I created from my outlook contacts. I
copied all the labels or data from a second Mail Merge (Labels) file that was
sent to me by another friend to the end of my mail merge file. Is there a way
for me to sort all the labels alpahbetically or is it too late?

Thanks for your help

See http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels_into_mail_merge.htm  sort the list
then http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm
or import the second data file into Outlook, then remerge the file -
