Hi,

I am using an access (xp) table/query to create labels. I have check boxes
for type of label (folders, contacts etc). When I open the file to select
the type of label I wish to create, pull downs for true/false do not work. I
always get all of the records. I have tried to used the advanced selection
with yes/no true/false, 0/notzero 0/1, 0/-1 nothing works. Help!

I have created a small simple db with similar characteristics and it works
fine so I think I have done something wrong but I am lost.

Thanks...

Dave

Hi Dave,

Access used to give 0 for false, but things changed with XP and last time I
looked, it was Yes/No.

But if you insert the mergefield for one of these checkbox fields, what do you
see in the data preview as the value?
