I'm running a mail merge from Access / Excel into Word and then emailing it out, is it possible to specify which "from" email address is used or is it always whichever is default in Outlook? And can I specify a different "from" email address for each record, [by creating a field in the data source?] Thanks for any help. Temporarily change the default account for the duration of the merge. Word will only merge to the default account. If you need to merge some of the records from another account, create two merges, one for each account. It takes all of ten seconds to change the default account!
