MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / November 2003mail merge from outlook
When I merge from outlook to make labels, it only merges every other address. When I checked the data source, it contained all of the addresses, but when I merged to a new document, every other address was missing. Why?! Do you have more than one { NEXT } (<<Next record>>) field per label?
