I am trying to send out a letter to a group of mine and what I want is to put
two names that have the same address on the same line e.g. Mr. and Mrs. Smith
have different entries in the database but I would like the letter to go to
Mr. and Mrs. Smith together and not as two seperate letters. Is this
possible? Thanks!

Easier to do it in Access, which also has a Label Report Wizard so that you
can do the whole thing there.
