Wrong Fonts when inserting fields

Hi,

I created a Word doc with Times New Roman 9pt plain as the
default font.

Using the Mail Merge Wizard I made it a Merge doc.

I matched the fields in the Address Block, inserted it
into the doc and everything worked fine. It inserted as
Times New Roman 9pt plain

I then inserted a different, single field from the More
Items button, but when I previewed, it came in as New
Courier 9pt plain - not desirable.

Any suggestions please.

Regards
SteveH

Hi Steeve,

Is Courier New the font you get when you start up word and
get a new document, by any chance?

Anyway, the most reliable way to correct this is:
- Alt+F9 to see the field codes
- Delete any \* MergeFormat switch you find in the problem
field
- Insert in a \* CharFormat switch at the end of the field
- Alt+F9 to hide the field codes

Example
   { Mergefield Name \* CharFormat }
