The only answers I've found on the board are dated 2005 and while they appear
to address MS 2003, they don't hit on my concerns. I can't seem to find much
about the data source or new 'server' that I am asked to set up. The links
are good for basic stuff; but I'm way over my head. Isn't there anyway to add
an *existing* list to Outlook contacts? I've got some 500+ names and address
that I'd rather not retype.

Thanx!

Format the list as a comma delimited file -
http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels_into_mail_merge.htm
Save as plain text and import into Outlook
or
Transfer the list to Excel and import from there into Outlook
