How can I import addresses from Vista Microsoft Mail contacts into Word 2007, e.g. for envelopes and labels? I don't have Vista (geen nieuw ding hier :-) but you probably need to export into a delimited format, then you that as the data source for a merge, But maybe you can tell us what formats you can export to? The export options are a CSV file or "vCards", described as a folder of .vcf files. I really was looking for a way to pull up an individual address, rather than a merge. I could do this in Word '97. OK, Windows Mail Contacts has a new COM API which may make it possible to write some VBA to access contact data directly and use it to select a contact and stuff the informaiton into your document. Thanks Peter, but I'm afraid that learning "to write some VBA" would be a lot harder for me than typing in the addresses!
