Thanks for suggestion. The export options are a CSV file or "vCards",
described as a folder of .vcf files. I really was looking for a way to pull
up an individual address, rather than a merge. I could do this in Word '97.
I guess that is progress for you . . .

OK, Windows Mail Contacts has a new COM API which may make it possible to
write some VBA to access contact data directly and use it to select a
contact and stuff the informaiton into your document.
If I had Vista, I'd investigate further...

Thanks Peter, but I'm afraid that learning "to write some VBA" would be a lot
harder for me than typing in the addresses! Appreciate your taking the time
to respond.
