Hi I am doing a merge in Word 2007 on PC. I want it to ignore a field if blank, however it will only let me replace it with text Any suggestions? Alternatively, use Ctrl+F9 to insert each pair of field delimiters { } and enter the necessary text inside them. Use Alt+F9 to toggle off the display of the field codes. SignatureHope this helps.
