Hi;

We merge Product Names, Description and Picture from Access 2000 to Word.

Word is setup with a table, 4 Columns, 6 Rows.

The Photo is placed in Row 3 and Row 6, across all 4 Columns.

When we merge to "New Document" the Photo is smaller in Row 3 and larger in
Row 6.

Yes we can change the size in the merged document but that is "Static",
meaning we would have to make the change for each different Product Photo.

How to we set the size of the Photo when the merged fields are displayed?
This would make the merge "Dynamic", meaning we would only have to do it
once.

Thank You for taking the time to read this post.
