I have mail merged a list of over 250 contact from excel in word and I can
only print one label per page, I would like to print a whole page of label
from my list. How do I do this?

Re-do the mail merge. Here's a couple of articles that may help you:

You have almost certainly missed the step to replicate the setup of the
first label to the other labels on the sheet. There is a button for it on
the Mail Merge toolbar that you can display by checking the Mail Merge item
when you select Toolbars from the View menu.
