I need my label merge to spill onto another page, but can't get it to work. Years ago, there was a code that make this happen, but I can neither remember nor find that command. Any help out there. Thanks. It normally does this automatically if there are more labels than will fit on a single page. Are you previewing the merge, instead of either outputting it to the printer or to a new document? In Word 2002/2003, with the Mail Merge Wizard, you have to take one of the actions in the very last task pane (Pane 6, I think). Thanks. All that you have to do is actually execute the merge. It sounds like all that you are doing is previewing the results and printing that. Thanks. Doug and Peter, Thanks for your input. As you both suspected, I was printing from the preview instead of generating to a new document or to print. It's all good now (thought I was doing something wrong). Thanks for your help. All that you have to do is actually execute the merge.
