I have a user who has set up a lot of mail merge documents that sh
claims used to merge fine always in capitals.  however on som
documents using this some come out in capitals some dont.  If sh
forces it with the /*upper switch it works but she has hundreds o
templates and does not want to go through them all.  Is there a reaso
why its not formatting as before and should the documents have been se
up with the switch in the first place?  sorry i dont know much abou
mailmerge if this is a simple question.  is there a quick way o
changing all the documents rather than going through them all an
adding the switch?

thank

Does it help to format the entire mail merge main document using
Format|Font|All Caps ?
